My name is Federica Traversa

I was born and raised in Turin where in 1997 I graduated in Chemical Engineering at the Polytechnic, then working for 11 years as a freelancer and then as a Safety and Environment Manager in a high-risk company. I studied and worked around Italy and abroad for long periods before returning permanently to Turin where I am raising my two children. In my personal history, I have had two experiences that have shaped my vision of property management. As a student at the Polytechnic, I became aware of the housing situations that my classmates who did not live in Turin and who came here to study had to deal with: dilapidated housing, with old furniture, with unsafe systems, but with significant prices. On the other hand, having also had experiences abroad, I had instead found more decent accommodations at adequate prices.
