We are not a real estate agency, so we will remain available throughout the duration of the contract, you can turn to us for any issues related to the accommodation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Our strengths<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Very high quality<\/strong> of accommodations, new furnishings above standard;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Maximum attention <\/strong>in selecting cohabiting tenants;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Single rooms<\/strong> and a maximum of 3 rooms per bathroom;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Individual contract for each tenant<\/strong>, no joint responsibility with other tenants;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Contracts registered with the Revenue Agency<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No surprises in expenses<\/strong>, rent inclusive of condominium fees, water, and TARI (waste tax), only excluding electricity, gas, and heating bills under the direct control of the tenants;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Utilities<\/strong> (electricity, gas, internet) <strong>registered to the accommodation<\/strong>, so no need for transfer in case of tenant changes.
